Date Announced: 06 Feb 2006 Purchase, New York -ANC Sports Enterprises today announced the successful launch of a new universal software solution designed to operate all the digital displays in a sports facility.ANC’s VisionSOFT is the first 3D interface capable of managing multiple real-time media streams for every scoreboard, digital advertising screen, concession stand or any concourse and suite video display in an arena or stadium. The advanced media control package offers instant playback with a single touch of a button, permitting the operator to easily flash one image, stat, animation or emergency instruction on every display in the facility. ANC’s newest software system is the only interface that displays uncompressed video in the industry, eliminating all distortion. Screens can mimic the look of a traditional matrix scoreboard or advertisement and then dissolve that scoreboard into a clear animated image. Operators will also be able to control the system remotely or schedule an automated running of the software. Additionally, VisionSOFT employs plug-in architecture allowing for the development of external components, which make it extremely flexible. One such plug-in is ANC’s Data Interface Solution (DIS) and will allow the arena to display real-time statistics and blend them with advertiser names and animated graphics. ANC’s first installation of VisionSOFT debuted at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland for the 2005-06 National Basketball season.
