This 90-minute live webcast, sponsored by DOE, will provide an overview of DOE’s recently released 5-Year Solid-State Lighting Commercialization Support Plan (download here as a PDF file, 818 KB). The webcast will include a 45-minute presentation followed by a live question and answer session with attendees.
The DOE SSL Commercialization Support Plan is part of DOE’s national strategy to guide development and market introduction of high-performance SSL products.
Key elements of the Plan include buyer guidance such as ENERGY STAR® criteria for SSL products; design competitions; technology demonstrations and procurements; product testing; technical information dissemination; and standards and test procedure support.
