LEDs Magazine 40 Under 40 Profile: Cameron Oveisi

Business development manager Cameron Oveisi has progressed beyond the sales role to provide professional training opportunities for Ledrabrands and lead new marketing and product initiatives.

Cameron Oveisi joined Ledrabrands about eight years ago after completing his undergraduate degree in marketing at California State University at Fullerton. He rapidly progressed from a sales and marketing assistant to coordinator and manager roles, on to his present position leading business development.

Early on in his career, he also earned a master's degree in business administration (MBA) at Concordia University Irvine, taking classes primarily at night. Oveisi also enthusiastically pursed continuing education in lighting and indeed today gives back making presentations with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) program. He further provides customer training for hundreds of participants each year at the company’s southern California facility.

Oveisi has also been a key member of the Ledrabrands team, working to establishing Kaizen Methodology for continuous improvement into the company’s manufacturing processes.
