A.L.P. acquires lighting components manufacturing assets of Reflek

On Friday, July 24, 2015, A.L.P. Lighting Components purchased selected assets of Reflek Manufacturing, Inc., a producer of high performance reflector and fabricated lighting components. This acquisition allows A.L.P. to add anodized reflectors and other downlighting components to its comprehensive lighting components product line.
A.L.P. will add spinning, hydroforming, painting and anodizing to its portfolio of products. The new lighting components products and services will be offered under the A.L.P. name.
