Take our poll on how COVID-19 has affected your job - CLOSED

April 3, 2020
We're looking to gather insights on how the coronavirus and related policies have impacted our LED and solid-state lighting (SSL) professional audience.

Given the current global health crisis, we've been receiving various company statements on their work status, operations changes, financial outlook, and other logistics information with regard to maintaining business during the COVID-19 pandemic. But we realize that we haven't reached out specifically to you in our audience, to find out how you have been affected during this time. We're using this four-question to poll to gauge the impact of the virus and policies resulting from it on your day-to-day professional duties.

Please help us gather this information via the short poll. It should only take a minute, and we'll share the results soon. Thank you, and best wishes for your health and safety.

*Updated April 9, 2020 - The poll has closed and we will be featuring the results on the next Friday blog. Thank you for your participation!

About the Author

Carrie Meadows | Editor-in-Chief, LEDs Magazine

Carrie Meadows has more than 20 years of experience in the publishing and media industry. She worked with the PennWell Technology Group for more than 17 years, having been part of the editorial staff at Solid State Technology, Microlithography World, Lightwave, Portable Design, CleanRooms, Laser Focus World, and Vision Systems Design before the group was acquired by current parent company Endeavor Business Media.

Meadows has received finalist recognition for LEDs Magazine in the FOLIO Eddie Awards, and has volunteered as a judge on several B2B editorial awards committees. She received a BA in English literature from Saint Anselm College, and earned thesis honors in the college's Geisel Library. Without the patience to sit down and write a book of her own, she has gladly undertaken the role of editor for the writings of friends and family.

Meadows enjoys living in the beautiful but sometimes unpredictable four seasons of the New England region, volunteering with an animal shelter, reading (of course), and walking with friends and extended "dog family" in her spare time.
