Emergence's TLED technology represents a higher standard in design as it does not incorporate a traditional AC/DC power adapter within the lamp. A microprocessor board has been designed which varies the operating frequency of the fluorescent fixture’s ballast to constantly monitor and deliver the correct amount of current required to achieve optimal light output. Unlike all others they have no failure points, internal heating or safety issues, and consume far less energy in comparison to fluorescent light bulbs currently in services and include an additional and critical safety measure - a thermal fuse is placed on each of the four bi-pins which will activate to prevent the lamp from overheating or melting. Available in all T8 and T5 sizes, PL, PLL and U-Bends.
