Discount deadlines approaching for Phosphor Global Summit

The hotel cut-off and early bird discount deadline for Intertech-Pira’s fifth annual Phosphor Global Summit are rapidly approaching. To be held March 5-7, Phosphor Global Summit 2007 will take place in Seoul, Korea at the Grand Hilton Seoul. Industry veterans Diane Seymour and Dr Chung-nin Chau of OSRAM Sylvania will teach Seminar 1: An Introduction to Phosphor Technology, covering the basics of using phosphors in fluorescent lamps, CRTs, LEDs, and nanotechnology.

Seminar 2: An Introduction to X-Ray Phosphors and Scintillators will be taught by esteemed phosphor technologists Dr Cees Ronda of Philips Research Laboratories Aachen and Dr Alok Srivastava of General Electric, who will provide an excellent overview of current applications and technical issues.
