euroLighting, Nagold, will show their actual program of AC LED modules for indoor and outdoor application at Light+Building 2016, in hall 4.1, booth K49. A real revolution in the replacement of power supplies (SPS) for luminaires will be shown on the booth of euroLighting.
New IC chips replace all conventional power supplies for luminaires and offers now completely new possibilities in the design and construction of luminaires for all kinds of applications. On an aluminium PCB of 50 – 70 mm can be assembled all chip LEDs and the driver ICs which replace any power supply by direct driving with 230 VAC. All LED chips will be illuminated simultaneously, same brightness and, as a special advantage, these modules are dimmable between 10 - 100%. Because of this construction the AC LED module offers a unique heat dissipation without hotspots.
euroLighting offers standard AC LED modules between 5W and 40W but also custom designed modules in round and square shape as well as in stripes. Because of this technology power supplies between 5W and 120W can be replaced by this new technology. The modules are already certified by the German TÜV Süd and especially module series called Zhaga modules have already UL certification. All products have excellent EMI data, high RFC >0,98, THD <20%, a lifetime >50.000 hours and include an integrated NTC which reduce the power above 85°C. The flickering factor is about 0,20.
