Opulent Americas, Inc. has acquired New Energy, LLC, an independent LED solutions provider, furthering the company’s position as a globally integrated LED manufacturer. Previously Opulent North America, Opulent Americas has recently expanded its market to include Central and South America. Opulent offers customers domestic and international manufacturing capabilities combined with North Carolina-based design, supply chain, engineering and lab services. The addition of New Energy will provide domestic manufacturing and sourcing expertise for customers that have lower volume requirements or need shorter manufacturing lead times. Local engineering and design services enhance the company’s ability to quickly develop prototypes, respond to technical questions and offer faster performance testing. The combined LED industry expertise of the Opulent Americas and New Energy teams provides customers access to state-of-the-art technology with hands-on, domestic support, a rarity in the marketplace.
