Mike Casper

Mike Casper is a founding member of FLEx Lighting and assisted in the early development of the FLEx technology. He has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience and today leads business development, marketing, and outside manufacturing relationships at FLEx. Previously, he was a consultant for ZS Associates in Chicago, a global sales and marketing consulting firm. Casper received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
