KC Fletcher

KC Fletcher is currently the LM80 Program Manager at CSA Group. KC is an industry expert in the characterization of lifetime degradation of LED components. He’s been involved in the development and implementation of CSA’s horticultural gantry system— which is being consider as an industry approved test method for testing horticultural luminaires KC is a voting member of the team developing these horticultural performance standards. Prior to this, KC was a project manager for Orb Optronix Inc, specializing in LED product design, prototype validation testing, and custom LED metrology projects.
