Austin Piehl

Austin Piehl is a Level 2 Applications Engineer at Radiant Vision Systems. As a member of a team of solutions professionals, Austin supports customer applications by addressing technical inquiries, building and maintaining Radiant’s technical support infrastructure, and training the company’s global customer base on best practices for light measurement using Radiant systems. Austin has dedicated the past three years at Radiant to developing his expertise in light measurement technology by building solutions from the ground up, and continues to educate new and existing Radiant users on how they can improve their measurement acquisition techniques through a fundamental understanding of light principles.

Austin received a B.S. degree in Physics from the University of Washington, Seattle, where he participated in extensive optics laboratory and CCD-based research courses in addition to his major requirements.
