Program set for Phosphor Global Summit in Seoul

Jan. 1, 2007
The program is now set for Phosphor Global Summit 2007 to be held March 5-7 at the Grand Hilton Seoul in Seoul, Korea.
This 5th annual international conference will be chaired by Kathryn Conway of LED Consulting and Dr Thomas Jüstel, Professor at University of Applied Sciences Münster and Senior Scientist at Philips Research Laboratories Aachen.

Moving into 2007, the phosphor industry is presented with a tantalizing array of opportunities. The best and brightest minds in the industry will gather in Seoul to discuss and debate the phosphor market, phosphors for displays, phosphor research and innovation, nanophosphors, and advances in phosphors for LEDs.

By attending Phosphor Global Summit 2007 you will hear the most up-to-the-minute information from 22 expert speakers from companies such as Samsung, Toshiba, Philips Lumileds, General Electric, and OSRAM. Preceding these two days of talks will be two intensive preconference seminars on Monday, March 5. Make the most of your time in Seoul by signing up for these informative and enriching seminars.

Over 150 executives are expected to attend this year’s event, from the fields of flat panel displays, large format displays, CRTs, and EL backlight systems to OLEDs, LEDs, nanomaterials, general illumination, and architectural lighting.

There will be a number of networking functions to cement business alliances with these key decision-makers, as well as an exhibit area for display of new phosphor and nanomaterials products and processes. Phosphor Global Summit is the forum for determining the way forward in the phosphor industry – you will not want to miss this important event.
