VS Optoelectronic to distribute Cree XLamp LEDs

Cree has signed an agreement with Vossloh-Schwabe Optoelectronic to distribute XLamp LEDs in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France and the Benelux countries.

Cree Lighting is to distribute its XLamp line of high-power LEDs through Vossloh-Schwabe Optoelectronic GmbH & Co. KG (VS Optoelectronic) of Kamp-Lintfort, Germany. The company is part of the Vossloh-Schwabe Matsushita Electric Works (VS-MEW) group, and is a recognized expert in chip-on-board technologies.

Cree Lighting recently announced a distribution agreement with UK company Forge Europa for XLamp LEDs.
