June 19, 2012
Date Announced: 19 Jun 2012 With the Belviso family and the Coriflex digital light system, TRILUX presented efficient and concentration-supporting lighting solutions at Light+Building that are predestined for the educational sector.Arnsberg – it's well-known that the right light promotes the ability to concentrate. Visual comfort and the dependent visual performance is improved with intelligent lighting solutions, resulting in higher learning capacity. At Light+Building 2012 the luminaire manufacturer TRILUX presented the Belviso family that creates a pleasant atmosphere for learning in classrooms, seminar rooms and auditoriums with different ceiling luminaire or free-standing luminaire variants. The Coriflex digital light system is also highly flexible in use, and with its modern LCL (Low Contrast Light) technology generates highly pleasant and glare-free light. Optimal lighting though also means the effective implementation of energy saving.Belviso: The standard for efficiency and light aesthetics. The TRILUX Belviso family is predestined for the standard-compliant, glare-free illumination of educational facilities: the complete series with its consistent use of highly efficient microprismatics ensures harmonious lighting (luminance less than or equal to 1,500 cd/m²) and the perfect surroundings for pleasant learning. The CDP microprismatics have been especially developed for the LED version and also optimised in relation to anti-glare properties. Belviso thus fulfils the high demands for visual ergonomics in the educational sector, can improve the sense of well-being and ensures optimal learning atmospheres. The recessed, surface-mounted and free-standing luminaires are also optimal for many other tasks thanks to their high level of lighting comfort such as the harmonious general lighting of conference rooms and staff rooms as well as seminar rooms and classrooms. The series also includes ceiling and free-standing luminaires in differing versions. All variants are fundamentally available with high-performance LED technology and achieve maximum efficiency of up to 98 lm/W. Coriflex: Light in a new dimensionin times of tight council spending budgets Coriflex is also able to impress with high energy efficiency: with 105 lm/W, a long service life and up to 4,400 lumens per unit the luminaire achieves high energy savings and short amortisation periods. The digital light system also achieves a level of flexibility unknown until now in terms of application options, and according to application area planners select the required optic and light colour from differing variants and specify a luminaire luminous flux of between 3800 and 4400 lumens. This makes it possible to implement workzone, glare reduced classroom lighting, or a lighting solution for auditoriums or the mensa. Subsequent retrofitting for other applications is also simple. The homogeneous illumination across the complete luminaire length without dark spots and the innovative LCL (Low Contrast Light) technology ensure pleasant light appearances without glare. A further benefit: with installation, Coriflex also convinces in terms of economy, as the usual accessories such as mounting rails, gear trays and reflectors are already integrated, and the compact elements are delivered to match the room. This means the luminaires are configured and installed with a few twists of the wrist and in a short space of time. An energy-saving solution that makes learning a lot more simple in the future.About TRILUXFor 100 years TRILUX has been working daily to shape the future of light.
