Toshiba adds high-lumen-output BR40 LED lamps as 90W incandescent replacements

Date Announced: 16 Dec 2013 Toshiba International Corporation, December 16, 2013 — Toshiba International Corporation’s LED Lighting Division recently released its new higher lumen output BR40 LED lamps, which serve as a direct replacement for 90-watt incandescent bulbs (using new ENERGY STAR® criteria). The new lamps join Toshiba’s existing 65-watt equivalents to make a comprehensive BR40 offering.
