(dba LED, Inc.) president and founder Janie Lynn, is pleased to announce the appointment of Al Hoch as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Hoch will be responsible for business development and management of LED’s independent manufacturer’s representative network as well as leading the marketing efforts to re-brand the company and how we go to market and interact with the specification community, representatives, distributors, contractors and end users. Mr. Hoch joins LED with more than 20 years experience in the lighting industry. Past roles have included Eastern region sales manager with The Light Edge, national brand sales manager with AAL, national sales and marketing manager at Hinkley Lighting’s Architectural Site lighting and Afterhours landscape divisions, as an independent lighting sales agent in northern Ohio and in electrical distribution. He will be based in Ohio.Mr. Hoch holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas. He is also a member of Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA), American Institute of Architects (AIA), American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).Company president and founder Janie Lynn commented, “Al is a key element in our sales and marketing strategy.
