Opto Tech Corporation (OPTOTECH) was honored to be recognized by the Ministry of Finance as a “Business Entity Displaying Superior Performance in the Issuing of Uniform Invoices” in FY2017. Ms. Chuang Hsueh, Director of the ZhuDong Office of the National Taxation Bureau of the Northern Area (NTBNA), Ministry of Finance, visited OPTOTECH’s head office on December 13, 2017 to present the award in person.

Every year, the National Taxation Bureau identifies business enterprises in each region that have demonstrated outstanding performance in the honest issuing of uniform invoices or in complying with related government instructions or guidance; these firms are designated as “Business Entities Displaying Superior Performance in the Issuing of Uniform Invoices” for that year, in accordance with the “Regulations Governing the Implementation of the ‘Business Entities Displaying Superior Performance in the Issuing of Uniform Invoices’ System.”

Trustworthiness, innovation and professionalism have always been OPTOTECH’s core values, and OPTOTECH implements rigorous internal controls. By carefully integrating the issuing of uniform invoices with billing management, OPTOTECH has been able to achieve a further strengthening of internal controls, thereby helping to enhance overall corporate governance. Being selected by the Ministry of Finance as a “Business Entity Displaying Superior Performance in the Issuing of Uniform Invoices” is a great honor for our company, and also a source of encouragement. The winning of this award will help OPTOTECH’s stakeholders (both internal and external) to develop a clearer understanding of the efforts that OPTOTECH has been making in the areas of corporate governance and internal controls; we are confident that we have lived up to investors’ expectations in this regard.
