Revolution Lighting Technologies launches Seesmart dimmable LED downlights

Two New Models Offer High-Efficiency and Long-Lasting LED Retrofit Solution for Commercial, Industrial and Municipal Lighting Applications

Stamford, CT --Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVLT) (“Revolution Lighting”), a leading provider of advanced LED lighting solutions, announced today the launch of its Seesmart-brand dimmable LED downlights, which feature a long lifetime of 35,000 hours (calculated L₇₀) and provide highly efficient and cost-effective solutions for a variety of lighting applications, including commercial office spaces, hospitals, hotels, convention centers, retail stores, classrooms, cafeterias, food-preparation areas, stairwells, and many others.

These LED downlights include 11-watt (4-inch) and 19-watt (6-inch) models, and are available with either a GU24 base or an E26 screw-in base. Both models offer a high color rendering index (CRI) of 85 and come in a warm-white color temperature of 2700K. The 11-watt fixture emits approximately 720 lumens and the 19-watt model emits approximately 1,450 lumens.

With Energy Star and UL certifications, these low-wattage LED lamps can replace 50W (11W LED) or 75W (19W LED) incandescent downlights and install directly into standard recessed 4-inch and 6-inch cans. The two models are compatible with most dimmers, especially LED/CFL dimmers.
