Simple Lighting secures distribution contract for Easy Connect LED landscape lighting

Oct. 17, 2014
Simple Lighting – the Birkenhead-based lighting specialist – has secured a contract with Easy Connect, the hugely popular French manufacturer of garden lighting solutions.

The contract will bring a range of spike and pond lights, floodlights and decking and decorative lights to the Simple Lighting offering.

Easy-Connect products will be available from the Simple Lighting HQ and the website from early 2015, with pre-orders currently being taken. The Easy-Connect products are perfect for resellers, wholesalers and landscapers.

What makes the Easy-Connect range of products so valuable to customers is that they allow the user to start from an outdoor plug socket and connect the lights together without the need for an electrician. The lighting solution impressively reaches up to 300m of cable and 3600w of lighting can be installed in a single run.

Other garden lighting solutions generally need an electrician to take care of installation, and provide a very low level of light. Easy Connect provides a solution, which is of a high quality with bright LED bulbs and commercial grade cabling.

Chris Bawden, Managing Director of Simple Lighting, said: “We are delighted to have secured UK distribution rights to stock Easy-Connect products, it’s a truly fantastic product that we believe in wholeheartedly.

“It’s a great opportunity to be able to offer the unique products to UK landscapers and commercial, retail owners. The functional and stylish products set the standard in quality and we can’t wait to receive them into the warehouse in the New Year.”

Simple Lighting first established the relationship with Easy-Connect during a meeting at a Hong Kong trade show. Chris then met the company again in the UK and finally went to France to secure the deal.
