LaMar Lighting Introduces Narrow Linear Architectural Luminaires

Slim Fixtures Tastefully Complement Any Design

Farmingdale, NY September 1, 2015 – LaMar Lighting today introduced the Narrow Linear (NL) series of LED luminaires to the architectural market. The NL line is one of the slimmest LED luminaires LaMar makes: at only 2.25” wide, these fixtures can fit discreetly into almost any architectural application. Comprised of three product groups, the Narrow Linear Wall (NLW), Narrow Linear Surface (NLS) and the Narrow Linear Recessed (NLR) lines are all suitable for continuous row installations, making them ideal for retail, office, educational facility or architectural applications.

Recognizing today’s market demand for cost-efficient LED luminaires, the NL line uses high quality LED boards with precisely matched drivers to ensure compatibility. The slim silhouette design allows for seamless continuous runs, whether up and along a wall or suspended from the ceiling. This is especially useful in office lobbies, conference rooms, corridors, or showrooms.

“Our goal in designing the NL line was to make it as easy as possible to integrate the product into any new or existing layout. These luminaires can be fabricated in custom colors to match an architectural design without sacrificing aesthetics, and can be spec’d out in plans currently under development. As the LEDs are more energy efficient than traditional fluorescent lighting, adding these types of fixtures saves on energy costs in the long run,” said Jeff Goldstein, CEO of LaMar Lighting.

Available in two-, four-, six- and eight-foot lengths, the NL-series luminaires can be customized to many architectural specifications, while the precision-fabricated, die-formed steel housings offer an economic alternative to extruded aluminum. The NLW and NLS fixtures are powdercoated white, or in custom colors to suit. All of the NL line products come standard with LaMar’s custom high efficiency extruded diffuser, offering excellent light transmission while providing even illumination with no ‘hot spots’ commonly associated with many LED luminaires.

All LaMar lighting fixtures are U.L. listed and assembled by IBEW union employees on Long Island, New York.
