The powerful high brightness line using 1W, 3W and K2 Luxeon® LEDs will be premiered at the ARC exhibition in London from 12 to13 February, 2007.The comprehensive XB Luminaires range includes high brightness Wall Washers, Liners and Spot lights complementing and expanding Traxon’s Professional Line of LED products and systems. Available in a variety of beam angles, lenses, LED colors, LED types, extrusion sizes and IP ratings, this line epitomizes flexibility and customization. Five different beam angles ranging from a narrow 6 deg. to a full-fledged 110 deg. can be attained by using high-precision optics and non-optic versions. Thus projected focused or wide-spread light beams can be complemented by either soft-focus or clear acrylic covers to diffuse the light output according to installation requirements. The UV-cast lenses guarantee a long life for both interior and exterior settings of the IP40 and IP65 rated fixtures.Its Wall Washer series ("Wall Washer XB") caters to large-surface illumination and animation of walls and other outside surfaces or architectural features, whereas the Liner series ("Liner XB") is set out for slim-profile applications, grazing any kind of flat surface with an even and bright light spread. Finally, the Spot light ("Spot XB") acts as a MR16-sized enhancement for all common-place downlight settings. The integrated power-data controllers in the LED Engine XB series are laid out especially for this high brightness line and can currently run up to 216 LEDs over a distance of up to 25m/80ft from the fixtures.
