Date Announced: 28 May 2007 (Hong Kong, May 2007) - Traxon's 64PXL panel range features three distinct panels with 64 individually addressable pixels each, enabling video replays, intricate graphic displays and scrolling text. These features place the 64PXL panels half way between LED lighting effects screens and LED video screens.Traxon’s Tile 64PXL Matrix panel features 64 pixels, clearly separated by a divider across a 50cm x 50cm panel with a flat white finish. Its counterpart is the Tile 64PXL Wash which is designed similarly but without a divider for seamless fusion effects. Each individually addressable pixel on a 64PXL panel contains RGB LEDs. The 64PXL panels can be interconnected and jointly controlled via DMX for breathtaking large-scale images. Traxon’s most innovative invention is its Mirror 64PXL Wash panel; which combines the flexibility and functionality of the Tile 64PXL panels with the feature of a high-grade mirrored front. In ‘Off’-mode the panel acts as a premium black mirror, transforming into a mesmerizing light source for all kinds of effects when switched on. This innovative concept of 64PXL panels is ideal for a huge variety of installations. They have already been used in a number of clubs, restaurants and shopping malls to name just a few possible application areas.
