Lexedis increases nanoXED output to 35 lumen at 200 mA

May 15, 2007
Date Announced: 15 May 2007 LEXEDIS Lighting announces that its nanoXED has significantly increased its lumen output up to 35 lumen at a current of 200 mA: equivalent to an efficacy of 50 lumen/W at a correlated colour temperature of 6500K.nanoXED, the world's first High Efficiency Digital light source especially designed for lighting applications, offers not only an increased lumen output but also absolute Zero Colour binning in the white emission in the standard range of colour temperatures: 3500K, 4200K and 6500K and is currently rated as 6-step McAdam, exceeding the 7-step MacAdam requirements of the US Energy Star program.White light reproducibility and perfect homogeneity are unanimously recognised as essential parameters for the design of high quality luminaires. The high lumen output of nanoXED, combined with its perfect white light, makes it the ideal light source for illumination.
