Date Announced: 11 Oct 2007 Irvine, CA – CoveBrite™ is one of the latest LED lighting products designed and developed by J&J Electronics using ColorGlo™ driver technology. These compact, linear fixtures are designed to inexpensively provide performance and application flexibility for architectural environments, display and accent applications. They offer a system life price that is significantly more economical than other cove or display lighting systems including florescent, halogen, xenon and neon. CoveBrite is available as interior or exterior (IP rated) fixtures in warm or cool white (3500K / 5200K). Linear assemblies operate at only 3.8w per foot and can be linked up to 25 feet (7.62m) using jumper cables or tail cables. The CoveBrite system installs simply by using Class 2 low voltage AC which allows for transformer dimming via standard residential or commercial grade rheostats and dimmers. The 3500K option allows designers to light architectural coves, niches, retail displays and other environments without over saturating amber or yellow tones onto displays, merchandise and painted surfaces. They are also ideal for under shelf or under cabinet lighting and television and theatrical set effects lighting.
