Johnson Matthey supplies two hydrogen purifiers to Tekcore, Taiwan

Johnson Matthey has now supplied Tekcore with five bulk hydrogen purifiers. The sale was obtained by JM's Taiwanese sales and service agent - Pionics Technology Corp.Tekcore, is a leading Asian manufacturer of high brightness LED wafers and chips, their state-of-the-art facility includes High Throughput MOCVD tools, which enable them to cater to this demand. These new hydrogen purifiers, along with the other JM hydrogen purifiers already in place, will supply ultrapure hydrogen to the growing number of MOCVD reactors at this site.Johnson Matthey's state-of-the-art PSH Series bulk hydrogen purifiers are capable of providing 99.9999999 percent pure hydrogen for wafer fabrication and they are the technology of choice for Taiwan's silicon and compound semiconductor industry.
