CRS Electronics is granted Special Recognition by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)
Welland, ON – CRS Electronics Inc. ("CRS"), a North American inventor, developer and manufacturer of LED lighting, is pleased to announce that it has been granted Special Recognition by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for its efforts in going above & beyond typical practices to assure and improve the quality of LED lighting products.
The recognition rendered to CRS as a key participant in the Lighting Facts label program was made at the DOE SSL Market Introduction Workshop held in Philadelphia July 21st, 2010.
By combining high quality, uniform light and excellent color rendering up to 96 CRI in 2800K warm white, the CRS MR16 lamps are the products of choice to best suit many retail, hospitality and commercial lighting applications.
The Department of Energy has created a web page at www.lightingfacts.com that will list recipients of this Special Recognition.
CRS is a leader in the emerging, rapidly-growing market of high efficiency light-emitting-diode (“LED”), or, solid state lighting (“SSL”) and boasts the largest and longest burning LED MR16 lamp installation in North America to date.
