A long-time customer of ITL arc lamps, ITW Trans Tech has now embraced the capabilities of the UK-based developer’s SolidCureÒ UV LED curing system.Specifically designed for inkjet curing applications but fast- finding applications in many other areas, the class leading compact footprint and ultra light weight of Solidcure is combined with high intensity output to allow for the creation of miniature UV inkjet systems that have, until now, been impossible. Additional features include advanced cooling, availability in alternative output wavelengths with high intensity up to 9.2W/cm.sq., switch-mode electronic power supply option, replaceable LED modules.ITW Trans Tech is showing the Solidcure application at booth 2371 at SGIA Las Vegas.
