Fusion Optix expands activities in Asia

Date Announced: 04 Nov 2010 Woburn, MA – Fusion Optix, a leading developer of solutions for advanced lighting markets, announced today that it has formed a partnership with WNI, a private company in South Korea, to distribute its products to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and other customers in South Korea. The agreement covers WNI distributing all Fusion Optix optical components and materials which are designed for use in applications such as general illumination, LED and solid state lighting, LCD backlighting, solar energy and daylighting.The move marks a significant initiative by Fusion Optix to step up its activities in the Asia-Pacific region and expand its global reach and distribution of its key products.Dr Terence Yeo, CEO of Fusion Optix, comments, “It is an exciting time for Fusion Optix and for the advanced lighting and energy efficiency markets in general.
