Solitaire is a purpose designed LED task lamp for Industrial sewing machines and allows industrial users to reduce power consumption on lighting by over 50 %. Alternate is also selectively sampling a new overhead lighting solution for the garment industry that can reduce power consumption by over 85 % in conjunction with the task lamp. Solitaire is ETDC certified and provides state of the art illumination with high CRI, low chromaticity shift over operational life and is priced very attractively for bulk users. The company reports that most major garment manufacturers in the SAARC region who have switched to the Solitaire solution have shown large reduction in power consumption and are looking to adopt this in all future expansions.
