Nypro provides plastic injection molding and turn-key assembly of Nuventix products. Under the terms of the agreement, Nypro will perform new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing services for Nuventix. Nypro will provide development and design for manufacturability support for the SynJet electronics cooling products from its headquarters in Clinton, Massachusetts and factory in Suzhou, China.
