Through the license, the American DJ companies get access to a broad range of LED system and control patents of Philips. This license agreement will further accelerate the growth of the LED lighting market. The American DJ Group is a leading global supplier of disc jockey, club, entertainment, display and architectural lighting equipment as well as audio equipment and trussing. The company is well known in the entertainment and theatrical industry. The companies that signed the license are American DJ Supply, Inc., Elation Lighting, Inc. Acclaim Lighting, LLC, Eliminator Lighting, LLC, based in the US and A.D.J. Supply Europe B.V., based in the Netherlands. The license covers all worldwide sales of LED-based luminaires that are sold by these companies.
