(Nasdaq: VECO), announced today that Sanan OptoElectronics of China has placed multiple tool orders for Veeco’s TurboDisc® Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) Systems to expand their manufacturing capacity of high brightness light emitting diodes (HB-LEDs).
