Harvard Engineering phases-in a new innovative product, the Phase Mains Dimmable driver

Date Announced: 02 Feb 2012 A market leading solution, the Phase Mains Dimmable driver delivers unrivalled smooth leading and trailing edge dimming, with reduced peak currents through a bespoke soft start circuit at the mains input. It is also believed to be the most compatible retrofit dimming product on the market and is available as a 700mA variant.Despite only recently announcing the introduction of a new Phase Mains Dimmable Driver as an addition to the company’s already successful range of CoolLED drivers, Harvard Engineering - world leader in the design, development and manufacture of LED drivers, electronic HID ballasts and control products for the lighting industry - had the highest volume of pre-orders for any new CoolLED driver.Michael McDonnell, sales and marketing director at Harvard Engineering, commented, “The new Phase Mains Dimmable Driver is the company’s most sought after new CoolLED driver so far.
