Seoul Semiconductor CEO to keynote at Strategies in Light Conference and Exhibition

Santa Clara, Calif. - CEO, Chung Hoon Lee of Seoul Semiconductor Co., Ltd, a global LED manufacturer, will keynote at the Strategies in Light Conference and Exhibition in Santa Clara, CA on February 8, 2012 from 9:30-10:00a.m. PT. Lee's keynote titled, "A View from Seoul" will mark the first time a Korean LED supplier has spoken at the conference.

As the CEO of Seoul Semiconductor, Lee has guided the company from one million dollars in revenue since the company's inception, to over 700 million dollars in revenue today. Lee holds the first patented solution for white LEDs in Korea and drove the innovation of Acrich, the world's first mass-produced AC LED solution, for which he was awarded the Silver Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit in South Korea.

In its 13th year, Strategies in Light Conference and Exhibition focuses on the developments in high brightness LED applications, technology and manufacturing. The conference will feature LEDs within parallel lighting and LED tracks and will examine the most pressing issues regarding the adoption of LED lighting in a variety of applications.
