(Nasdaq: VECO) announced today that HC SemiTek Corporation (300323: CH), one of China’s leading LED manufacturers, has purchased additional TurboDisc® MaxBright® GaN MOCVD Systems for high volume production of light emitting diodes (LEDs) for display and general lighting applications.
