Date Announced: 27 Jun 2012 Alexandria, Minn. – Alexandria Industries today announced it has acquired MidAmerica Extrusions of Indianapolis, a manufacturer of aluminum extrusions for a variety of applications and industries. The support staff and production team members of MidAmerica Extrusions will join Alexandria Industries, a high-quality, short-lead-time producer of engineered products, and remain at the MidAmerica facility in Indianapolis. MidAmerica Extrusions—now called Alexandria Extrusion MidAmerica—specializes in custom design engineering services and precision aluminum extrusions up to 12 inches in diameter.
