Innovation is at the heart of what we do at OSRAM, which is why we were keen to run a competition to inspire the next generation of designers.”Whilst traditional LED light sources are pin points of light, OLED is an ultra-thin lighting material which is transparent, diffused or reflective. The results are spectacular light applications making any room distinctively unique. With no cooling element, no lens and no reflector, the ultra-flat organic light diodes are light in its purest form. As a Pure Light Player, OSRAM covers the entire value added chain for OLED in this future-oriented field, from panels and modules to luminaires.
