Ellsworth Adhesives acquires distributor Wolcott-Park

GERMANTOWN, WI -- Ellsworth Adhesives, a global distributor of adhesives, specialty chemicals and dispensing equipment, announced that it has acquired New York-based distributor Wolcott-Park, Inc. Wolcott-Park specializes in industrial adhesives and dispensing equipment. This acquisition strengthens Ellsworth Adhesives' presence throughout the northeast and allows the company to provide enhanced service, support and infrastructure throughout the area.
