Stack Lights are designed for routing traffic in industrial refueling stations and to provide visual and audible indicators of a machine state and process status in manufacturing facilities.

5 Color Explosion Proof Stack Light with Two Audible Horns
The EPL-TL-5X10W-C-2XPA Class 1 Division 1 and Class 2 Division 1 LED stack light with signal horns is approved for use in hazardous environments where explosive and flammable gases, vapors, and dusts exist or have the potential to exist, as well as wet locations and marine environments. This stack light provides 50 watts of LED light in red, yellow, blue, amber, and green and includes two audible explosion proof horns. These NEMA 4X rated audible horns provide operators with 5 different tones that can reach a peak output of 110dBA, powerful enough to be heard over industrial operations. Each lamp is configured to sound a different tone when illuminated which provides a visual and audible alert for operators.

4 Color Explosion Proof Stack Light
The EPL-TL-4X10W-C is a four color waterproof LED stack light that is Class 1 Division 1 and Class 2 Division 1 approved. This explosion proof stack light is an ideal indicator lighting solution for industrial refueling stations and manufacturing facilities. This four color explosion proof indicator light has a 50,000 hour operational life and is available in 120-277 VAC and 12/24 VDC or VAC configurations for standard or low voltage operation. This fixture is configured with blue, red, yellow, and green output and offers exceptional lumen output. Mounting is provided by a heavy gauge aluminum base with four predrilled holes designed to be bolted to walls and flat surfaces for permanent and secure attachment.

3 Color Explosion Proof Stack Light
The EPL-TL-3X10W-C explosion proof stack light is equipped with green, red, and yellow indicator lights that provide 50,000 hours of operational life and is available in 120-277 VAC and 12/24 VDC or VAC configurations for standard or low voltage operation. The light housings are constructed with a polyester powder coated, copper free aluminum casting that can withstand 1,490 pounds PSI hydrostatic pressure. The mounting plate is also made from aluminum and can be custom built to customer specifications. Power is provided by individual conductors to allow independent operation of each lamp, making this unit ideal for fuel depots and manufacturing facilities where status indicators are necessary.

The EPL-TL-3X10W-C-PA LED stack light is also equipped with three lights in addition to a single explosion proof horn. This explosion proof horn provides operators in hazardous locations with an effective and powerful alert system that can withstand demanding conditions and be heard over the operation of industrial machinery. This unit includes eight different tones which can reach peak output of 110dBA and can be remotely operated for priority alerts.

Green and Red Explosion Proof Signal Stack Light
The EPL-TL-2X10W-C explosion proof LED traffic light is Class 1 Division 1 and Class 2 Division 1 approved and is also approved for use in wet locations and marine environments. This waterproof LED equipped light is designed for routing traffic in industrial refueling stations and manufacturing facilities. The LED lamps in this traffic light are 10 watts each and offer cool operation and clean bright output that surpasses that of 100 watt incandescent indicator lamps. Mounting is provided by a heavy gauge aluminum base with four predrilled holes designed to be bolted to walls and flat surfaces for permanent and secure attachment.

48 Watt LED Work Area Signal Stack Light
The WAL-TL-4X12W-C is a strobing signal stack light that is approved for use in wet locations and in marine environments and is an ideal indicator lighting solution for industrial, marine, and manufacturing facilities. The light housings are fully sealed within a waterproof aluminum chassis fixture that features a very small profile for easy and unobtrusive mounting in tight and limited space areas. This multi-colored indicator light provides red, white, blue, and green light output, has a 50,000 hour operational life, and is available in 120-277 VAC.

24 Watt LED Work Area Signal Stack Light
The WAL-TL-2X12W-C provides dual color, green and red, LED output from two 12 watt LED lamps. These LED lights are fully sealed, weatherproof, and constructed of aluminum with stainless steel hardware for durability and corrosion resistance. Power is provided by individual conductors to allow independent operation of each lamp, making this unit ideal for fuel depots and manufacturing facilities where status indicators are necessary.

36 Watt LED Work Area Signal Stack Light
The WAL-TL-3X12W-C is a three color LED stack light that provides red, amber, and green light outputs. All of Larson Electronics' WAL-TL series of lights offer exceptional lumen output, a 50,000+ hour life span and are IP68 waterproof tested to 60 meters. The LED lamps in these traffic lights are 12 watts each and offer cool operation and clean, bright output that surpasses that of 100 watt incandescent indicator lamps.

The color choices and light configuration of these units can be customized to your requirements. We offer steady burn or strobing LED lamps, as well as high or low voltage configurations. Please contact us for any special requirements.
