Anuva’s acquisition will add an LED lighting manufacturing facility headquartered in Morrisville, NC, to the company’s expanding operations and significantly enhance Anuva’s capabilities to develop new lighting products.
“This strategic purchase will dramatically increase Anuva’s capability in the fast-growing LED manufacturing space within North Carolina,” says Anuva CEO Vinu Patel. “Our southeast expansion will help us build a regional niche market as well as stimulate jobs and the economy in the greater Research Triangle Park area.”
