Date Announced: 19 Apr 2011 The Londra LED recessed spotlight from RELCO GROUP UK brings Italian styling to the UK lighting market. Offering a life expectancy of 50,000 hours this LED luminaire dramatically reduces the costs associated with maintenance and lamp replacement whilst minimising energy consumption to achieve very low operating costs.Developed to suit both interior and exterior applications its IP67 rating enables it to be used in shower areas or in exposed environments. Also, the compact size, along with a recess depth of only 16mm, makes the Londra ideal for both domestic and commercial environments. To speed up the installation process it features steel springs to make it much easier to insert the fitting into false ceilings, wooden panels or tiles. Alternatively, it can be used with the optional casing accessory for installation in walls. For fast cabling the Londra offers an optional MTLED5 350-700mA terminal board.To achieve the desired colour rendering properties within a chosen lighting scheme, this high specification luminaire offers a choice of 3000K and 6000K white power LEDs. Both versions feature a flat convex glass lens at 60 degrees. To ensure the product’s durability it features an anodized aluminium body which is resistant against corrosion and atmospheric agents, along with a silicone rubber gasket. The reflector is also made from aluminium for long term durability.
