Formosa Epitaxy places multi-unit order for Maxbright MOCVD systems

Date Announced: 14 Jun 2011 Taiwan-based LED chip maker Formosa Epitaxy (FOREPI) and its China-based affiliate, Jiangsu Canyang Corporation, have placed a multi-unit MOCVD system order with Veeco Instruments Inc. (Nasdaq: VECO).The order is for Veeco's recently-released TurboDisc MaxBright Multi-Reactor MOCVD System, which will be supplied in a four-chamber configuration. +++ Press release +++Veeco Instruments Inc.
