In order to give our customers excellent eco LED products, Everlight take the leads in the world’s first 3rd party verified Carbon Footprint Declaration of LED products by SGS, an international certificate organization that follows the PAS 2050：2008 standard verification from UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service). The declaration was launched in late 2010.PAS 2050:2008, an UK nation specification, plays important role as basis of coming ISO standard (ISO14067-1/-2) that captioned specification specifies the assessment of the life cycle greenhouse gas emissions of goods and services. Everlight took this standard and calculated the possible Carbon Dioxide Emission of the LED product including the original materials, production process and testing.LED has been a well known eco light source, but every manufacture has their own way of declaring environmental protection.
