With LED technology from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, the KREIOS SL and KREIOS FLx fixtures deliver years of high quality light and reliable, low-cost performance. OSRAM KREIOS SL Fixture Delivering output equal to a traditional 250W halogen lamp, the KREIOS SL fixture offers superior illumination and substantial cost savings while using only 60W of power, 75 percent less energy compared to halogen alternatives. Dimmable via phase control systems to less than 5 percent, the LED set light fixture has a rated life of 30,000 hours (L70), 20 times the life of a typical halogen lamp. The 3200K color temperature and 95 color rendering index (CRI) ensure accurate color rendering, crucial for showcasing attractive skin tones and eye-catching wardrobes in TV studios and theatres, as well as retail product displays and artwork in museums. Multiple mounting options and a 40 to 120-degree adjustable beam angle with locking position ring make it easy for the KREIOS SL fixture to deliver high quality light exactly where it is needed. A fixed focus 24-degree reflector is also available for applications requiring a tighter beam pattern. Compact and light weight, the KREIOS SL fixture has a high-tech cooling system that allows for silent operation and a black housing that maintains low visibility when not in use. An orange-colored housing option is included, in addition to a barn door assembly and gel frame holder. OSRAM KREIOS FLx and KREIOS FL Fixtures The KREIOS FLx fixture emits 5,000 lumens, having the same intensity as a 500W halogen fixture, using only 70W of power. The high 95 CRI yields excellent color rendering in all work environments including theatres and theme parks. It is dimmable to less than 10 percent, unlike typical high power halogen worklights, and accepts an OSRAM custom gel holder for quick color changes, making it suitable for a broad range of applications. Its 40,000 hour rated life (L70) is 20 times longer than halogen alternatives, yielding significant savings in replacement lamp and labor costs. The KREIOS FLx fixture is easy to install and mount. With an IP65 rating, the KREIOS FLx fixture can also be used to light large outdoor areas without weather protection. Like the KREIOS SL fixture, the KREIOS FLx fixture also features a black “stealth” housing color and silent cooling feature to ensure a low profile during use. At LIGHTFAIR, OSRAM SYLVANIA will also be showing the KREIOS FL fixture, which offers luminous intensity greater than a 300W halogen fixture but uses 80 percent less power, thus saving on electricity and ambient cooling costs. With an estimated rated life of 40,000 hours (L70) – 20 times longer than a traditional halogen lamp – the KREIOS FL fixture yields significant savings in replacement lamp and labor costs as well. Emitting 3,000 lumens with a high CRI of 85, the KREIOS FL fixture can not only help deliver energy savings but also provide accurate color rendering during theatre set work and rehearsals. This helps stage crews save production lighting, typically very expensive with limited lamp life, for show time.
