Traxon Technologies to introduce two new control systems at LFI 2013

Date Announced: 12 Apr 2013 East Rutherford, NJ – April 12, 2013 – Traxon Technologies, a global leader in solid state lighting and control systems, announced today that it will reveal the Lighting Control Engine 2 (LCE2), Lighting Control Engine 2 fx (LCE2-fx), and the Butler PRO, three significant new additions to its intelligent control portfolio, at LIGHTFAIR 2013 in Philadelphia.Designed to control large and complex projects, the LCE2 and LCE2-fx are high performance servers with the Lighting Application Suite (LAS) software pre-installed. The versatile servers guarantee uninterrupted operation while they orchestrate all devices and fixtures within a project. The LCE2, designed to control lighting scenarios, and the LCE2-fx, equipped with real-time video capabilities and extended software tools, both include integrated DMX512/RDM inputs or outputs, dry contacts, two SPDT relay outputs, the ability to output various Ethernet-based protocols, and the capability to integrate various audio/video, external triggering, RS232, and other desired devices and content.The Butler PRO (DMX512/RDM version and, coming soon, an e:pix version, is an e:net to DMX512 output engine that interfaces seamlessly with the Lighting Application Suite (LAS). The optimal choice for running a large number of DMX512 universes with full RDM capability for bi-directional communication, the Butler PRO is connected to a server via Ethernet.
