Weaver holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University and has participated in continuing education programs sponsored by United Technologies Corporation at Darden School of Business, University of Virginia and Emory Management Program, Emory University. Reporting to President/COO Kim Cook, Weaver is responsible for leading the financial operations of the company including accounting and controls, financial planning and analysis, tax and treasury.
