CSHG2835UV4C is a 3.5mm x 2.8mm x 0.8mm PLCC UV LED that provides a 120° viewing angle. Driven at 150 mA, the average power output is at 120mW and a typical wavelength of 400 nm. CSHC44LU1C0 is a 4.4mm x 4.4mm 3W UV LED that features a metal design with quartz glass lens and superior ESD protection.
