Date Announced: 14 Jun 2013 On the 11th of June 2013 two of the leading players in the field of lighting consultancy and design - ÅF Lighting and Ljusarkitektur - signed an agreement to merge and create the strongest multidisciplinary competence center in Scandinavia within lighting. With this merger ÅF Lighting will be having an even stronger position in the home market in the Nordic countries and at the same time be able to perform on an international basis.ÅF Lighting emanates from ÅF – Hansen & Henneberg in Copenhagen and has existed as an independent business area within the ÅF Group since 2011.
