Captain Lawrence Brewery goes green with Xeleum LED lighting

Captain Lawrence Brewery announced that it has successfully converted the illumination at its Elmsford, New York brewery operations to Xeleum LED lighting.Mehrdad Ghalebi, Xeleum president stated, “The Captain Lawrence Brewery is an ideal site for LED lighting and the Xeleum high bay fixtures provided an excellent solution to the need for high quality and uniform lighting throughout the facility. We are most happy to have been selected by Captain Lawrence Brewery for this lighting conversion."Scott Vaccaro, owner and head brewer of Captain Lawrence Brewery stated, "Replacing the existing 250 Watt metal halide high bay fixtures with Xeleum 120 Watt high bay fixtures and 133 Watt 2x4 fluorescent troffers with 46 Watt 2x4 LED troffers was far easier than we originally expected and we found the resulting illumination to be far superior." He added, "We are expecting our lighting energy cost to be reduced by approximately 70% and we expect to recover the full cost of conversion in 22 months.
